  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 60 g herb butter
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Halve the peppers. Dice the tomatoes, cut the leek into rings. Mix everything with the other ingredients. Best done with a fork. Stuff the peppers with it.
  2. Stew in a baking dish at 200 degrees circulating air for about 30 minutes.
  3. This goes well with rice, but also baguette.
