- 400 g sheep cheese
- 2 onions)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some thyme
- some basil
- some pepper
- some herb salt

- Cut the tomatoes and sheep cheese into slices and layer them alternately in a greased baking dish. Finely dice onions and garlic and pour over. Sprinkle with thyme, basil, pepper and herbal salt and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It goes well with flat bread, baguette, ciabatta or the like.
