- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tomato (s)
- 50 g sheep cheese
- some lamb`s lettuce
- salt and pepper
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and add the desired amount of salt and pepper. Cut the tomato and the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and the lamb`s lettuce.
- Heat a coated pan with a little oil and add the tomato, sheep cheese and lamb`s lettuce. Fry the whole thing a little until the cheese has melted a little.
- Then pour the eggs over it and fry under the lid on a medium heat until the omelette is set. Serve garnished with herbs.
