Ingredients

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 100 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • Lemon juice
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tomato (s), (approx. 100g per piece)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and then mash it with a fork. Finely chop or press the garlic clove and add. Add a splash of lemon, the quark and the yoghurt and mix well. Season with a little salt and pepper and a little oregano. Set aside and let it flow.
  2. In the meantime, scratch the tomatoes crosswise, scald them with boiling water and peel them off. Cut through and squeeze out the seeds and liquid. If necessary, continue to express on a kitchen towel. Then finely dice the tomatoes and mix with the cream. Arrange the cream in a plate and sprinkle some pepper and oregano over it and pour a tablespoon of olive oil on top. Garnish with a tomato slice, parsley or olives and serve.
