- 4 medium tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- oregano
- garlic
- Chilli powder
- herbs Provence
- 200 g sheep cheese
- butter

- Brush a baking dish with the oil.
- Halve the tomatoes and place in the tin with the cut surface facing upwards and season to taste. Chop the onion and place around the tomatoes. Cut or crumble the sheep`s cheese into pieces and pour over the tomatoes. Put on flakes of butter.
- Delicious side dish e.g., to meat dishes.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and let it bake for about 10-15 minutes.
