- 6 cubes sheep`s cheese
- 6 basil leaves
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 spring onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 ciabatta

- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Place 1 basil leaf in each of the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Place 1 piece of sheep`s cheese on top and sprinkle with spring onions. Wrap the stuffed mushrooms with bacon.
