- 7 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 600 g sheep cheese
- 5 m. Tomato (s), ripe
- Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- 1 bunch basil

- It is best to preheat the oven to 220 ° C with a convection grill.
- Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the olive oil with the garlic press. Cut the sheep`s cheese into 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with half of the garlic oil.
- Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut in half, place on the sheep`s cheese with the cut surface facing up, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with the remaining garlic oil. Slide it into the oven on the 2nd rail from below and bake for about 15 minutes - this varies a lot depending on the oven.
- Turn on the grill and finish cooking on the middle rack for a few minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the tomatoes look appropriately grilled.
- Meanwhile, pluck the basil, wash and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle with the grilled cheese and tomatoes.
