  • 2 packs sheep`s cheese
  • 4 small tomato (s)
  • 4 small onion (s)
  • 4 olives
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil.
  2. Halve the sheep`s cheese lengthways so that the slices are approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick and place 1 slice on each of the aluminum foil.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, peel the onions, cut into rings, cut the olives into slices and place everything together on the feta slices. Season lightly with pepper and pour a little olive oil over it. Wrap the whole thing well in the aluminum foil. Place on the grill, which is not too hot, for about 15 minutes.

  5. We always put it on the edge when grilling. The heat is not that great there and the sheep`s cheese is then ready with the meat.
