  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • chives
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • White bread

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into rings and distribute half of each on two 30 cm long pieces of aluminum foil in the middle. Also cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the onion rings. Halve the sheep`s cheese in 2 flat slices and place on the tomatoes. Now sprinkle paprika powder over it and pour olive oil over it. Scatter chives and seal the pieces of foil to form a sachet.
  2. Bake the whole thing in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  3. Take out the bags, place them on plates and serve with white bread (Ciabatta fits best).
