Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 240 g tartare (beef)
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g beans, white (canned)
  • 600 g beans, reen (frozen)
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • salt
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and mash the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the tartar, fry briefly and season with salt, paprika and chilli. Stir in the tomato paste, toast briefly and then deglaze with the broth. Stir in the beans and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Finely dice the tomatoes, fold in and season everything spicy with salt and chilli.
  3. Crumble the sheep cheese. Put the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with the sheep`s cheese. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
