Ingredients
- 2 small Can (s) kidney beans
- 2 small Can (s) beans, white
- 1 small Can (s) corn kernels
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 5 tomato (s)
- 2 onions)
- 400 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red (alternatively some cayenne pepper)
- 300 ml tomato ketchup
- 5 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- salt
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)

- Rinse the beans and corn, drain. Clean, wash and chop the peppers and tomatoes. Peel and dice the onions. Roughly dice the sheep`s cheese or feta cheese.
- Wash and core the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Mix with ketchup, honey and vinegar. Season with salt.
- Mix the prepared salad ingredients and sauce. Cover and leave to stand for at least 1 hour before consumption.
