- Beat the QimiQ until smooth. Add applesauce, sugar, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and mix everything together. Beat and fold in the cream.
- Wet the sponge fingers with a mixture of milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Then alternately fill the sponge fingers with the apple cream in a bowl. Finish with apple cream. Chill for approx. 2 - 3 hours until eaten.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste before serving.
