• Pumpkin seeds, chopped, to taste
• some garlic

Instructions

1. All ingredients are mixed together to form a creamy spread. Roasted pumpkin seeds taste best because they have a more intense taste. Do not save money, because they give the spread a crisp note!
2. When it comes to pumpkin seed oil, be sure to use the original from Styria, it gives the spread a beautiful green tint!
3. A fresh farmer`s bread tastes good with it - simply delicious!
