Cut the sucuk into slices, then quarter again. Chop the onions into small pieces. Whisk the 4 eggs and season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes.
Then fry the sucuk without adding any oil until it gets a little color. Put the egg with the onions in the pan. Let stand a little longer until the scrambled eggs have the desired consistency.
Flatbread tastes best with it, but other types of bread are also possible.
