Stir in the egg and add the flour. Knead everything into a smooth dough and wrap in cling film. Put the dough in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Cut out with a round cutter and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Bake the shortbread biscuits in the oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
