Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them finely in a deep plate or puree everything in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, cocoa, flour and baking soda and mix. Core the cherries and cut into small pieces.
  3. Gently heat a coated pan. It mustn`t get too hot. Put butter in the pan and portion the dough with a spoon in the pan and top with cherries. Fry on both sides over low to medium heat.
  4. Serve with a dollop of yogurt, a little apple syrup and fresh cherries.
  5. The amount of ingredients makes 6 medium-sized pancakes.
