Instructions

  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Cut the zuchhini into slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the onions into large pieces or rings.
  3. Peel and slice the garlic. Place the vegetables and onions in an oven dish and sprinkle with garlic.
  4. Cover everything with the chilli oil and / or olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper and cook at 150 degrees for approx. 2 hours. Open the oven regularly to let out the fumes.
