Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash, core and dice the peppers. Toast the pine nuts without oil in a pan, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Mix the parsley, honey, lemon juice, mayonnaise and crème fraiche into a dressing and mix with the vegetables. Scatter pine nuts over the top.
