Mix all ingredients (except for the whipped cream) with the hand mixer. Finally fold in the whipped cream and put in the refrigerator. Chill there for 1-2 hours until the gelatine has solidified the mass.
Berry fruits go best with this or simply enjoy without anything. If you want to save calories, you can use the lighter version Creme Legere instead of the creme fraiche.
