Ingredients
- 300 g sour cream
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 2 lemon (s)
- 160 g suar
- 1 bag gelatine, powder
- 200 g cream

- Mix all ingredients (except for the whipped cream) with the hand mixer. Finally fold in the whipped cream and put in the refrigerator. Chill there for 1-2 hours until the gelatine has solidified the mass.
- Berry fruits go best with this or simply enjoy without anything. If you want to save calories, you can use the lighter version Creme Legere instead of the creme fraiche.
