Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 250 g buttermilk
- 150 ml orange juice
- 2 ice cubes
- possibly cane sugar, brown

- Wash the raspberries. Put the buttermilk, orange juice, raspberries and ice cubes together in a blender. Puree for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
- Has a slightly sour taste. If you don`t like that, you can add some brown cane sugar.
- Garnish with a few raspberries stuck on wooden skewers. All ingredients should have been in the refrigerator beforehand.
