Ingredients
- 500 g spinach, fresh or frozen
- 250 g feta cheese
- 250 g tomato (s)
- some vegetable broth
- possibly salt

- Wash the spinach and heat it in the pan with a little vegetable stock. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and feta cheese into small pieces.
- Drain the cooked spinach well and mix with the feta cheese and fresh tomatoes. Possibly add a little salt.
