  • Honey or other sweetener

Instructions

  1. Thaw or thaw the strawberries depending on the power of the mixer. If they are still slightly frozen, the smoothie will be creamier. Then put these together with the other ingredients in the mixer and first coarsely chop for about 10 seconds and then finely puree for one to two minutes at the highest level. Finished.
  2. If you like, you can also get goji berries or similar. to add. It is best to soak them with a little water / juice beforehand.
  3. Note: The quantities can be adjusted as you wish. A little oil always goes into my smoothies so that the fat-soluble vitamins can also be better absorbed.
