Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 2 packs feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 0.5 ½ ring / e meat sausage or Lyoner
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tube mayonnaise, small
  • Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • possibly water

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente. Don`t be put off, just let it cool down.
  2. Cut the cheese, washed cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper and meat sausage into small pieces.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and chop the parsley.
  4. Make a marinade from sour cream, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and the spices. Depending on the consistency and taste, add a little more water if necessary.
  5. Mix the salad ingredients together. Pour the marinade and parsley over it and mix everything together.
  6. Season to taste again and then serve.
