Wash the raspberries. Put the buttermilk, orange juice, raspberries and ice cubes together in a blender. Puree for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Has a slightly sour taste. If you don`t like that, you can add some brown cane sugar.
Garnish with a few raspberries stuck on wooden skewers. All ingredients should have been in the refrigerator beforehand.
