Wash and clean the fruits and cut them into small pieces if necessary. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Weigh again, it should add up to 1 kg of fruit. Mix with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and let it steep a little. Finely grate a small piece of tonka bean (approx. 1/3), bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for approx. 4 minutes.
Fill into jars rinsed with hot water, close them immediately and let them cool down.
