  1. Chop the meat and sauté with onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Cut the zucchini into slices and fry briefly.
  2. Then add the chopped tomatoes. If you want, you can peel the tomatoes beforehand, but you don`t have to. Deglaze everything with sour cream and season well with the herbs and spices.
  3. This recipe is quick and goes perfectly with baguette or rice. An ideal summer dish.
