Chop the meat and sauté with onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Cut the zucchini into slices and fry briefly.
Then add the chopped tomatoes. If you want, you can peel the tomatoes beforehand, but you don`t have to. Deglaze everything with sour cream and season well with the herbs and spices.
This recipe is quick and goes perfectly with baguette or rice. An ideal summer dish.
