Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Mix the vinegar in a bowl with a whisk together with rose paprika, honey, oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, coriander powder and salt to a creamy marinade.
  3. Fold in the spring onion rings and tomato halves / quarters. Add the potato slices and mix everything together well with the vegetable / meat stock.
  4. Baked camembert or feta, pan-fried, grilled, fish or fried eggs, fresh bread and pancakes can be served with it.
