Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), waxy, cooked, peeled, sliced
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), only the light green part, cut into rings
- 250 g cherry tomato (s), date or bush, halved or quartered
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, (rose paprika)
- 2 teaspoons mild honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons, leveled mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper, freshly ground
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ coriander, acc.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 ml vegetable broth, meat broth or granulated broth

- Boil potatoes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Mix the vinegar in a bowl with a whisk together with rose paprika, honey, oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, coriander powder and salt to a creamy marinade.
- Fold in the spring onion rings and tomato halves / quarters. Add the potato slices and mix everything together well with the vegetable / meat stock.
- Baked camembert or feta, pan-fried, grilled, fish or fried eggs, fresh bread and pancakes can be served with it.
