Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- some honey
- pepper

- Halve the tomatoes and cut the spring onions into rings. Crush the feta and put everything in a bowl.
- For the vinaigrette, stir together vinegar, mustard and honey until everything has combined. Gradually add the olive oil while always stirring, then add pepper, more or less depending on your taste. Add the finished vinaigrette to the other ingredients in the bowl and mix carefully.
