Instructions

  1. Remove the stone and skin from the avocado and nectarine, cut into small cubes. Also cut the tomato into cubes. Add the basil (fresh or frozen).
  2. Season with olive oil, 7-herb vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and chilli. Add some ginger (fresh or powder).
  3. Tastes ideal with grilled meat or fish, or just like that!
