Wash salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash the nectarine or peach, cut in half, core and cut into thin wedges. Arrange the slices on the salad. Spread the cream cheese on the salad with a teaspoon. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and garnish on the salad. Remove the pomegranate seeds from the skin and spread them over the salad as well.
For the dressing, pluck the rosemary from the stem and squeeze 1/2 lemon. Mix half of the lemon juice in a bowl with olive oil, honey, sweet mustard, salt, pepper and rosemary. Season to taste and, if necessary, refine with more lemon juice. Spread the dressing over the salad.
