Ingredients
For the salad:
- 150 g lettuce, frisée, rocket, red chard, lollo rosso, romana, mixed
- 1 nectarine (s) or peach
- 75 g cream cheese, rainier
- 4 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pomegranate
For the dressing:
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard, sweeter
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 2 stems rosemary

- Wash salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash the nectarine or peach, cut in half, core and cut into thin wedges. Arrange the slices on the salad. Spread the cream cheese on the salad with a teaspoon. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and garnish on the salad. Remove the pomegranate seeds from the skin and spread them over the salad as well.
- For the dressing, pluck the rosemary from the stem and squeeze 1/2 lemon. Mix half of the lemon juice in a bowl with olive oil, honey, sweet mustard, salt, pepper and rosemary. Season to taste and, if necessary, refine with more lemon juice. Spread the dressing over the salad.
- Baguette tastes good with it.
