- 1 cup cream cheese, grainier
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 medium pepper (s), red or yellow
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- salt and pepper
- flaxseed

- Put the grainy cream cheese in a suitable bowl and season with salt and pepper. Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Then remove the kernels of the peppers, wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
- Add the cucumber and bell pepper to the bowl with the grainy cream cheese. Drain the tuna slightly and then add it to the bowl. If you want, you can add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed on top. Finally stir everything together and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
