- 20 basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (sherry vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- sugar
- possibly dill

- Wash tomatoes, garlic, onions and herbs and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the oil and vinegar with the spices in a bowl and add the tomatoes, garlic, onions and herbs. Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste.
- Serve with fresh bread.
