For the dressing:

100 g cream cheese, rainier
1 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped
Seasoned Salt
pepper

Tomato Carpaccio with Grainy Cream Cheese and Spring Onions

Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into fine slices. Arrange in a fan shape on plates or platters and season with salt and pepper.
Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Mix the cream cheese with the chives and season with herb salt and pepper.
Spread the cream cheese on the tomatoes and sprinkle with the spring onions or layer them in the middle of the plate.
