Ingredients

  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 small Bunch spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • chives
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Drape the slices on a plate in a fan shape.
  2. Then cut the feta cheese into small cubes and mix with the cottage cheese, herbs and spices.
  3. In the meantime, make the dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over the tomatoes.
  4. Wash the spring onions, cut into fine rings and also spread over the tomatoes. Finally, pour the cheese mixture onto the tomatoes.
  5. Suitable as a dinner for all who do SIS (slim while sleeping).
