Tomato Smoothie with Cottage Cheese and Oregano

Tomato juice smoothie with low-fat cottage cheese and dried oregano for a healthy and nutritious morning! Start your day right!

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice – 200 ml
  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Ground red hot pepper – on the tip of a knife
  • Ground paprika – 0.25 tbsp
  • Dried oregano – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 slice
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Fresh dill (optional, for decoration) – 1 sprig

Directions

  1. Combine tomato juice and fat-free cottage cheese in a blender bowl. Add red hot peppers, paprika, oregano, and salt.
  2. Squeeze 1 teaspoon of juice there from the lemon. Beat with a hand blender.
  3. Pour the tomato smoothie with cottage cheese and oregano into glasses, garnish with fresh dill if desired, and serve.
