Cottage Cheese Smoothie with Lingonberries

If you want to treat your family or guests to an unusually tasty and aromatic dessert, you can make an original smoothie from cottage cheese and lingonberry, with the addition of lemon, rose petals, and chocolate.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Fresh lingonberry – 100 g
  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream (15%) – 100 g
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp with a slide
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Lemon – 3 thin mugs
  • Dried garden rose petals – several pieces
  • Cardamom in boxes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Granulated chocolate – 30 g

Directions

  1. The lingonberries will need to be rinsed, sorted out, and then cooked well with half the sugar.
  2. Add sour cream and the remaining sugar to the curd. Rub rose petals between your palms. (Petals are necessary from garden flowers – they retain the aroma even when dry and perfectly convey its charm to any dessert to which they are added). Mix everything well in a deep bowl.
  3. Cut 3 thin circles from the washed lemon, along with the peel. Sprinkle them with sugar and cardamom seeds. Let it lie down for a while, soak.
  4. Add lingonberries, lemon with cardamom, and milk to the curd mixture. Beat everything with a blender well into a mass of bright color and interesting structure.
  5. Pour the finished cottage cheese and lingonberry smoothie into the bowls, decorate with granulated chocolate on top. Send the cottage cheese smoothie with lingonberries in the refrigerator for an hour. And you can serve. Everyone will love the amazingly fresh taste of the curd smoothie and its delicious pink flavor.
