- Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Drape the slices on a plate in a fan shape.
- Then cut the feta cheese into small cubes and mix with the cottage cheese, herbs and spices.
- In the meantime, make the dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over the tomatoes.
- Wash the spring onions, cut into fine rings and also spread over the tomatoes. Finally, pour the cheese mixture onto the tomatoes.
- Suitable as a dinner for all who do SIS (slim while sleeping).
