Wash the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the nectarines, melon and mozzarella into cubes and shred the lemon balm. For the dressing mix all the ingredients together, chop the basil and mix everything together.
A great summer salad! Tastes solo but also with grilled and salmon. As a side dish, it is enough for several people.
