- 0.25 ¼ watermelon (s)
- 1 packet feta cheese made from sheep`s milk
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch mint
- Olives, seedless
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper

- Dice the flesh of the watermelon and the feta. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, finely chop the mint, quarter the olives. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt into a vinaigrette and pour over the salad.
- Enjoy slightly chilled!
