Ingredients
- 1 Galia melon
- 1 zucchini, approx. 250 g
- 3 tomato (s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 30 olives, black
- 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 125 ml natural yogurt
- 2 spring onion (s)

- Peel and core the melon and cut into small pieces. Also cut the zucchini, tomatoes and feta into pieces, finely chop the onion. Mix everything with the olives.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing together.
- Arrange the cleaned, chopped iceberg lettuce in a bowl, pour the melon mixture on top and pour the dressing over it.
