Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ melon (s), (watermelon)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g olives, black
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 0.5 ½ bunch mint
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Peel and core the watermelon and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- Dice the feta too. Cut the onion into thin rings and roughly chop the herbs.
- Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- You can also use other types of melon instead of watermelon.
