Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 300 g crabs (can also be omitted)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt (for the dough)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce

- Cut the honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pepper and spring onions into thin strips. Carefully mix the shrimp with the other ingredients (except iceberg lettuce) and let it steep.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips and add to the other ingredients just before serving.
