- 1 honeydew melon (s)
- 2 avocado (s)
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon apple juice
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, (hot)
- Spice mix, Chat Marsala (Indian)

- Cut the honeydew melon and the avocado into cubes, the hollowed out melon can later be used as a dish to serve.
- Finely chop the onion and mix with the vinegar, oil, ketchup and apple juice as well as the honey and spices to make a dressing and marinate the melon and avocado cubes in it for at least an hour. Mix occasionally.
- Finally, cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and add.
- The salad can be eaten as a side dish or with cheese, turkey or ham strips as a summer main course or party salad.
