Ingredients
- 1 melon (s) (Galia melon)
- 200 g rocket
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
- 100 g cherry tomato (s), halved
- 200 g cheese, e.., Emmentaler, Gouda or the like.
- 6 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Core the halved melon and remove the pulp with a ball cutter. Set the melon halves aside.
- Cut the cheese into strips and mix with the melon balls, spring onions, rocket and tomato halves and pour into the empty melon halves.
- Mix walnut oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar into a dressing and sprinkle the salad with it.
