Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon (s)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 400 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Halve and core the honeydew melon. Remove the pulp and dice. Mix with lemon juice and refrigerate.
- Mix the quark with the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Mix with the melon pieces. Let cool well.
- To serve, fill either into the hollowed out melon halves or into the glass bowl.
