Ingredients
- 1 melon (s), (Galia melon)
- 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or red
- 50 g lamb`s lettuce
For the dressing: off
- vinegar
- oil
- Herbs, finished product or homemade

- Halve the melon and use a ball cutter to cut out balls.
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder and fry in hot oil, remove and drain on paper towels.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips. Carefully fold the pepper strips, lamb`s lettuce and melon balls under each other.
- Mix the dressing into the salad. Put the salad in the melon halves and add the fried chicken breast fillet.
- So that the melon doesn`t wobble, you can cut it straight off at the bottom.
