Summary

Ingredients

• 400 g meat sausae, cut into thin strips
• Cut 100 g mountain cheese, or Gouda, into thin strips
• 2 pickles, cut into thin slices
• 1 small cucumber (s), peel, halve, core and cut into small cubes
• 0.5 ½ bunch radishes, cut into thin strips
• 1 bunch spring onions, cut into thin rings
• 1 onion (s), red, cut into thin rings
• 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
• 1 box garden cress, cut off with scissors

For the marinade:

• 6 tablespoon vinegar (herbal)
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 2 pinches sugar
• 6 tablespoon water
• 6 tablespoon olive oil
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix the vinegar, mustard and horseradish until smooth, season with sugar, salt and pepper and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour in water and slowly stir in the oil.
2. Mix the sausage and cheese, pour the marinade over them and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Then mix in everything else. Possibly add seasoning.
